REFUND POLICY: QRC Vault
As stated in the QRCvault “Terms of Payment”, QRCvault’s payment for the service is billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) and is non-refundable. Payments are based on automatic renewal, charged either directly on your credit card or via Paypal. You are billed every month or year for the service (depending on the subscription). You can cancel the service at any time within your QRCvault account (Easily accessed through your dashboard). The cancellation of the service is under your responsibility. In case of cancellation done at the latest one day before renewal, you won’t be charged again. The subscription automatically stops by the end of the paid term. If QRCvault does not receive any cancellation, no refund will be issued. You are fully responsible for any charges already incurred. In case of cancellation on the rebilling date or just after, no retroactive refund will be issued and you will be charged for the entire period. The service continues to work for the entire billed period. You won’t be charged again after that. For example, if you are billed on the 12th of every month and you cancel on July 14th, you’ll still have to pay for the entire current month (July 12 - August 12 in this case). The same applies for the yearly subscription. Or second example: If you are billed on the 12th of every month and you cancel on that same day, you’ll still have to pay for the entire current month (July 12 - August 12 in this case). The same applies for the yearly subscription. You are responsible for whatever charges have been incurred. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.​
